Lawn Fawn Patterned Paper Challenge

Hello everyone! I'm back today with a submission to the Lawnscaping Challenge Blog's challenge number 67, patterned paper craze. The challenge is to ue Lawn Fawn stamps with patterned paper. I love this sort of challenge because it allows you to have a lot of freedom in your projects since there aren't a ton of constraints. Here is the inspiration project:

Here is what I came up with. I can't get enough of this pink and blue combination and I still am not over chevrons! I just love these stamps. They make all their projects come out so adorable!

Here is what I used to make this card:

Echo Park Everyday Eclectic patterned paper
Papertrey Ink solid cardstock
Lawn Fawn "Here's The Scoop" stamp set
Copic markers
My Creative Time Scallop and Stitched Circle Die

I hope you enjoy! Thanks so much for stopping by.

Getting an early start on Christmas

Hello everyone! I was in the Christmas spirit and so when The Greeting Farm's Farm Fresh Friday Challenge was all about tags I knew right away that this was my chance to get a head start on Christmas!

I have an incredible amount of paper scraps right now so in an effort to reduce the scrap pile I used only scrap paper for this entire project! I didn't break out any of my cutting machines to make this tag. I got everything from extra pieces that I cut last year. Here is what I came up with:

Here is what I used:

The Greeting Farm's Xmas Sweeties Ian

Copic Markers

Recollections patterned cardstock

Papertrey Ink and Core'dinations solid cardstock

Winter lace Cricut cartridge to make the snowflake (this was already cut in my scraps from a project I didn't make last year, score!)

Close To My Heart "A Holiday" stamp set with matching Cricut cut from the Art Philosophy cartridge
(also already cut in my scraps, yay!)

Tim Holtz tag as the base

Rhinestones and ribbon from my stash

I hope you enjoy it. Thanks so much for stopping by!

The Greeting Farm Farm Fresh Friday Challenge

Hello everyone! I'm really excited about the card I'm sharing today. The Greeting Farm came up with a great challenge this week called "Getttin Wiggy With It". For this challenge your image must have no brunette, blonde, or red hair so it's time to break out the fun colors! I was really put outside my comfort zone with this challenge because I have NEVER colored these images with anything besides normal hair color. I'm soo happy that I was challenged to do this because I really love the results.

This is the first time I have used the trace feature on my Silhouette to cut around my digi stamps. I think the cut came out perfect around the stamp and it saved me the time of doing it myself by hand! I also took the extra step to break out my sewing machine to add some embellishment to this card. I think the Studio Calico wood veneer shapes added the perfect finishing touch. What do you think?

Here is what I used:
Copic markers
The Greeting Farm Valentine Anya Digi
patterned paper and sentiment from the Memory Keepers Love Struck stack
Papertrey Ink solid cardstock
Studio Calico Wood Veneer shapes

The Greeting Farm's Garden Variety Challenge

Hello again! This is my second post of the day. I was in a creative rut the last few weeks so I felt compelled to do more than just one card today.

This card was created for The Greeting Farm's Garden Variety Challenge. The challenge was to create a card that was clean and simple. I am the kind of girl who believes more is more when it comes to embellishments so toning it down was kind of challenging actually. I kept wanting to add glitter, or ribbon, or layers to this card. Here is what I came up with.

Here is what I used to make this card:

The Greeting Farm Cheeky Cherry Pie stamp
Scrappy Mom's Sentiment stamp from the Pinch and a Dash set
We R Memory Keepers Love Struck patterned paper
Papertrey Ink solid cardstock
Copic markers
rhinestones from my stash

I hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by!

The Greeting Farm's Farm Fresh Friday Challenge

Hello everyone! It's been such a long time since I have posted. I was so tied up with getting everything ready for my wedding I had to set my scrapbooking and card making on the back burner for the last year. The wedding was beautiful and everything turned out amazing... and now I have a little free time to paper craft again!
I'm starting with a couple challenges first. This card was created for The Greeting Farm's Farm Fresh Friday Challenge. This week we have to include lace and pearls on to our creation. Here is what I came up with.

Here is what I used to make this card:

The Greeting Farm's Latte Anya stamp
Pink By Design "Perk Up" sentiment stamp
Echo Park Everyday Eclectic patterned paper
Papertrey Ink solid cardstock
Copic markers
Pearls and lace from my embellishment stash

I hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by!!
