Valentine's Truffle card and treat box!
I just received my new stamp set from My Creative Time called "You Had me at Chocolate" in the mail today and I was so excited to use it so I got right to work! I created this card and treat box using Sure Cuts A Lot and svg files from SvgCuts.com. Svg Cuts has some super cute Valentine's day cut sets. The truffle cut I used is actually a free file that you can download from their blog here. The rosette is made with the "Vintage Halloween Party Bag" cut set and the box is made with the "Crush On You Boxes" kit. I made the tag on the card using the Gypsy Wanderings cartridge. The cardstock is core'dinations and Dcvw, the ribbon is from Michaels, and the embossing folder is Swiss Dots. This bottom picture was the inspiration for my project! I've entered this project in the following challenges:

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - SWEETHEARTS!
Ok, one more post for the night. Here is my entry for Scrappy Moms Stamps's Terrific Tuesday challenge. The challenge is to design a project using the Sweethearts cartridge or a similar cut if you don't have that cartridge. I used the heart lock and key from Indie Art since I didn't have Sweethearts. I also used the Create a Critter cartridge for the background stamp. I used my Cuttlebug swiss dots folder and Sizzix Love set folder for my embossing. I hope you enjoy it! Check out all the other awesome designs here.
Peachy Keen Stamps Sketch Challenge 44
I'm totally on a role with making cards today! I seem to be completely focused on making everything pink lol. Here is my entry for the Peachy Keen Stamps sketch challenge for the week. In addition to creating a project around the sketch it also has to be monochromatic. This is what I came up with. I think it's my favorite card that I've made today. I just love how the Peachy Keen face stamps came out on this project! I used the PK-494 Everday Character Face Parts and More set stamp set for the face and an Inkadinkado stamp set for the sentiment. The Cricut cuts are from Create a Critter. Thanks for stopping by :)
My Pink Stamper Birthday challenge and CPS # 202 Challenge
I submitted this card for two challenges because I thought both themes worked well together. The layout design came from CPS's card sketch challenge that you can visit here. My Pink Stamper is also having a birthday themed challenge to celebrate her birthday. There are some really amazing entries that you can check out here. I used my Rock Princess cartridge for the cupcake and Sweet Treats for the small scallops. I also used my polka dots embossing folder and a Martha Stewart border punch on the white cardstock. Yummy yummy cupcakes! I'm totally on a cupcake kick lately lol.
Peachy Keen Let's Face it Friday Challenge - X's and O's
Peachy Keen is having their weekly "Let's Face it Friday" challenge. The requirements are to create a Peachified valentine using X's & O's somewhere on your project and including Peachy Keen face stamps. I had a lot of fun making this card. It got me in the mood for Valentine's Day and I just love anything pink with hearts on it! I used Create A Critter for the bug and sentiment and Tags, Bags, Boxes and More for the pink tag. I put a little x o in the hearts on my bugs face just in case you didn't pick up that he's a love bug lol. I hope you enjoy!

My Pink Stamper's monthly blog hop entry
Mypinkstamper.com is having her monthly blog hop with all her new designers. All their designs were fantastic and I really got inspired by their projects. For joining the blog hop you have a chance to win her new dvd, Cricut Layouts! Here is my entry. I used my new Rock Princess cartridge to make the rose for this card. The card shape and all other circle or oval shapes were made with the basic shapes from Sure Cuts a Lot. The "oh so pretty stamp" is made with a Disney stamp set that I picked up at Homegoods for $1.99! I love a great bargain and I was so excited to see they had scrap supplies :). That's my new goal for 2011, to use all the scrap supplies that I just can't stop buying. Nothing must go unused! hehe...p.s. I did order a set of My Pink Stamper stamps (Tweetie Hoo Puns) and I can't wait for them to arrive!)
